The above are some of the most common forms that are filed with your return. Please consult with your tax preparer regarding the forms you will need specifically and their cost.

The cost for most additional forms is $5.00 - $10.00. Any changes that have to be made (most commonly due to forms that came in late), will result in re-doing your return or amending it. You will be charged again for this so it is important you bring all of your forms and/or paperwork with you when you come in.
